Day 1- No phone, Went to sleep at 11:00
Was kind of hard to fall asleep especially with no phone but I didn't go to sleep till 11
Day 2- No phone, Went to sleep around 10:00
Today was more easier because I was very tired and fell asleep easily
Day 3- Went to sleep at 10:00
I believe I sleep better when I have a little screen time because I went to sleep around 10 and I was on my phone
Day 4- Went to sleep at 10:00
Same as Day 3
Day 5- Went to sleep at 10:00
Same as Day 3
Day 6- No phone, went to sleep at 10:00
Today I wanted no phone to see if I need it to fall asleep and it works
Day 7-No phone, went to sleep at 10:00, Got 9 hours of sleep
I was feeling good about no phone, going to sleep at 10:00 and getting 9 hours of sleep
Day 8- No phone, went to sleep at 10:00, got 9 hours of sleep
Same for Day 7
Day 9- No phone, went to sleep around 12:00
I had trouble falling asleep and I cut off the phone like at 10 and I don't really know why I couldn't fall asleep
Day 10- No phone, went to sleep around 11
So its similar to Day 9 but this time I went to sleep at 11 instead of 12 because 12 is more later than 11
